About the Painting. I was inspired by the feeling of walking in the wood after a good pouring rain. It was about the freshness of the air, colours of the green surrounding, and it cooling temperature. These is all about the coming together of the mind, eyes and the body sensibility. I used many layers of palette knife painting over and over to get to this point, Until can’t go any further. It the certain colour I am pursuing, this mint colour have a very wide range and very subtle. I want viewer to be able to interact with this work with subtle sensibility and make their own definition.
