About The Artwork
I painted vector cherry dog in a pink Cadillac in 2005 but it wasn't until 2016, when I photographed a fast car travelling on Sir Francisco Drake Blvd., past the dry hills in West Marin County, that it made sense to put my old friend in a new picture. Cherry Dog is a happy dog. Hopefully the picture will make the viewer as happy, enjoying the summer sunshine in California.
