About The Artwork
The distinguished gentleman enjoys the finer things in life. This is the first painting from the "Portraits" series. The idea for the series came from looking at traditional Victorian portrait paintings, sorting through old family photographs and a trip to the Georgia O'Keefe museum. I use Golden acrylics on high quality, heavy cotton duck canvas. I make all of my own canvas frames and the work is wired for hanging with heavy duty, braided wire.
