The new, minimalist "winter" series of paintings, painted with acrylics on canvas, is characterized by a strong limitation of the color palette. Strong, geometric shapes dominate the composition, and thin, delicate lines complete and organize it. They are as important as the color planes. Contrasts are not only in the sphere of color - (black and white) but also textures - smooth surfaces and stained. This brings the whole work of art together as a diverse whole. "Sleeping" is a painting in the broken colors of winter - it is as soothing and warm as a thick, warm sweater and free time to read. The colors of the earth make it fit very well in the interior in the spirit of wabi-sabi. Calming and ascetically clean.

I am a graduate of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. My work is "bipolar": figurative and abstract. Both ways complement each other and inspire. Although seemingly they seem to be completely separate, they "nourish" my work, not letting myself burn out. Their common part is color and a reference to dreams, in which nothing is impossible, and parallel worlds permeate. My art is my way to enjoy the world, its beauty and share it with people. In my abstract works, I consider each painting as a separate world, a separate reality that I discover and explore. I like to use forms and shapes associated with nature. Forms similar to leaves, boats, stones, scales. Contours of known reality in an unknown world. I observe their interactions among forms and colors.
