Reflection Painting

A part of the world can fit in a short time or a little space, in the 'while' that is crossed in a fraction of a second, whether it lasts a fall into the void filled with a fleeting thought of vast meaning, or a dive into the surface, whose depth immeasurable fits into the interrupted lapse of proximity, before the impact of the end. In my works, the sequence of the revisited square represents the four corners of the world, the four seasons and the entire period that one goes through trying to measure, the before, the during, the after, and in addition, where both the here and the beyond fit; the inside, the outside, what permeates and what cannot be sustained. In addition to the surface, I always paint the sides of my works, which in this 'reflection' gain a new relationship of recognition, not only of extension, of something more, but of what is where the eye cannot reach, on the hidden margin. In such a small work, it is necessary to think and act, the reflection on the agent and the object of the action, and also the mirror of the reflection that propagates between the water and the air in the imagery of the representation. The hue and three more tones, the light, the dimness and the darkness; a contour line, the fill, the shape, and an unknown interpretation of infinite possibilities...
