One of a series of paintings of candy. I was inspired by the colors and wrinkled texture of the foil wrappings and the colorful reflections of color from one sphere to another. I paint directly from the objects instead of using photography.. The painting is gallery wrapped on heavy stretchers with the sides painted also. It can be exhibited unframed. It is painted in oil on canvas to capture all the effects of light and texture.
