A portrait of Dora Maar. This beautiful woman was painted, famously, by Picasso - in his style. I wanted to paint her the way I would... and I have used a black and white photograph of her for my painting, and so it is a tribute to her, rather than the great artist. I have nothing against Picasso, but I think she was worth painting differently than he did.
