TriageThe "Triage" series deals with two current topics. Wearing masks has been part of everyone's life since the beginning of the pandemic. Instead of covering them up, the people depicted here can only be recognized by looking through the mask. The rest of the figure remains hidden from the viewer. The title exposes all four portrayed as prominent whistleblowers. The part of the mouth, precisely that part of the face that made it the center of persecution and condemnation, becomes visible by wearing a mask. A symbol of the voices that were heard, although they were meant to be silent. The eyes remain hidden, as well as the person behind the title Whistleblower. thumb
