About The Artwork
I was inspired by ancient Egyptian mythology. There, in the hereafter, the heart is balanced with a feather. If your heart is heavier than the feather, you had life with guilt. How can a heart be lighter than a feather? So everyone is guilty. With huge feathers I try to reach the weight of the heart. Will I succeed? May the viewer reflect upon this and contemplate the scales of the gods for his heart.
