About The Artwork
I rescued a live pangolin from an illegal trader and released it back into the wild. I took many photos of it while rehabilitating the creature. Here you see the pangolin walking in the environment with over 70 animals joining him on his journey. They ask the viewer to do something about their status. They leave their survival in our hands. I am a printmaker by trade and always look at what medium will best represent the idea I have for a new artwork. This work took 2 weeks to draw up and 3 weeks to cut.
