Crocodiles (Nos.1-8, Red on Yellow) - Limited Edition of 100 Print

Crudely made woodblock print - Red sticky, dense oil based printing ink printed on a printed yellow oil based printing ink ground. So far only 8 have been made. I am planning to make more in different colour combinations. Some on textured grounds. Each print (even when using the same colours) turns out slightly differently. They are being sold as individual numbered prints - no more than 50 will be produced - probably significantly less. The print is framed - photograph provided - dimensions of frame 44.7 x 57.0cm. 'Glazed' with low reflective acrylic for ease of shipment - low weight and not fragile - could be replaced with picture glass after shipment for greater colour vibrancy. A photographic print of 'Crocodiles (Fuchsia on Yellow)' is available from the Royal Academy of Art (London). It also features in the Royal Academy of Art calendar 2023.
