Vibrant Connections Painting

This painting, Vibrant Connections, was inspired by a previous painting. That painting, Not From a Fall, is no longer. I have painted over that painting and created this one. That painting has a very sad and poignant story that needs to be read. Instead of telling you the story here, I prefer that you read the story from my newsletter. Be warned. It is graphic and contains violent content. Vibrant Connections was originally going to be called "Bruised." Inspired by the colors of a bruise (which you will understand if you read the newsletter), I decided to use the colors that you get when you get bruised. But this painting turned out so beautiful that I did not want to associate it with a negative title. So, I came with Vibrant Connections. This title plays better as I attempted to create a connection between the all of the colors I used. In turn, it is an interesting play on connections we have with each other. I hope this painting moves you as much as it moved me. This painting is beautiful. It would look wonderful in your home or office. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity as provided by Saatchi.
