About The Artwork
This is the rock house at Kernville Ranch. I wanted to produce some pleasant images that are recognizably from this beautiful area in the southern Sierra Nevada mountains in California. The very old grain or fruit storage barn is made from river rock and dates to the turn of the last century. It is situated in a lush meadow irrigated by a creak that runs next to it. When not painting I am a Airbnb host, this is a little cross over. A painting looking for the pleasant things in life to ruminate on. Hope you enjoy:-)
