This is an area in Victoria in Australia that I frequently visit - the landscape is at once uniquely Australian but a somewhat tamed version of the wilderness- frequently very dry, dotted throughout with the remaining wilderness of the Australian Bush , very old Eucalyptus trees and abundant wildlife.
