About The Artwork
In 2005, on a trip to Polo, a municipality in the province of Barahona, Dominican Republic, I tried to capture the resiliency of children. These images were constructed from my travel photography and sketches. I no longer paint this subject matter and will be debuting new work and subject matter shortly.
