Mother Earth Painting

The process of abstract painting is very energizing and spontaneous. I enjoy creating in the moment in a very intuitive way. While painting I am often drawn to color, mood, or reaction to the weather and my environment. What I enjoy most is the use of color and movement, and how those basic elements intermix to create a unique piece of art. Each viewer can interact with my paintings and interpret them on a personal level. At times I like to paint representational imagery such as florals or landscapes but still in an abstract way.
