Mark the Roofer Painting

This is a portrait of my roofer who I have known for very many years. He is a character who is always fascinating to listen to. He tells me many stories of his life and related to his job, many of which would make your hair stand on end. He is a dare devil who has survived in his trade, but has also turned his hand to many other building skills. He is somebody I like very much and had wanted to make a portrait of for years- here it is.
