It's easier to compliment beauty and success simply because they are appealing and good. Beauty and success are both end product but what about their making and process? In strive to be successful comes sacrifice, hurdles, problems, challenges, and failure in various forms in the path of a winner. Nobody had it so easy, we are all super humans in our own ways. Mostly, the struggles is not our sake, not for our glory. Mother's are a good example of such. They suffer only for her world and her all. What and who is her world? Why does she care so much? Her children, her world, and her all. She lives only for them, Come rain, come sun. Their success, her joy. The pain doesn't matter that much, Neither, the unfavourable condition. She can do anything for them. Her children, her all. She only want them to be happy. Because she's human and a mother. A good one at that.

ARTIST STATEMENT I paint to capture the essence of nature and its components in their unique form by arranging colours side by side to form a unified whole; to enjoy the obvious that may be consciously hidden or otherwise. As perceived, light is the key that traverse in my paintings, unveiling the beauty of nature and its components in their various values. The world as represented by people, culture and the environment is beautiful to be a unique subject matter. BIO. Oyedele Abiodun Oyewumi was born in Ogbomoso, Oyo state, Nigeria in 1991. In close proximity to nature and his love for outdoor features further enhances his artistic talent. A science student before he was admitted to study Fine and Applied Arts at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso; thus, reignited his keen interest in Art. Abiodun has always been fascinated by the happenings of his environment. Hence, represented through drawings and paintings from his teenage years. After completing his degree, he taught Fine Art at Gomal Baptist College for a year. His focus was to help the young ones foster the same enthusiasm he has for Art. He has been honing his painting talent via the usage of many mediums, majorly oil for several years. Abiodun's paintings reflect our beautiful world as represented by our environment and diverse culture. His artwork depicts happenings in the society, giving vivid attention to the details through his usage of vibrant but cool therapeutic schemes. He also obtained a Master's Degree (M.Tech.) in Fine Art (Painting) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria in 2023
