A large painting I worked on over the summer of 2022 based on a small study I did in 2021 which suggested taking further. The subject is a newly ploughed & seeded field with the hedge & trees bordering - part of the fields behind my studio. The subject suggested a further painting (listed here) in early summer when the wheat field was up.
