About The Artwork
I am a big fan of art history and the other day I was looking at some Thomas Moran paintings. It’s been a while since I looked at his artworks, and I forgot feeling how inspiring the use of atmospheric perspective and looming light can be. Those techniques of art are two that I enjoy using very much. So my approach to this painting was using some of the luminous painters techniques but in a more contemporary way. Picking the subject for this painting was very easy. I really enjoy beautiful building structures by the water.
