About The Artwork
During a wine tasting trip in Adelaide, Australia, I saw an oak wood wine barrel for home wine aging. I was at the time planning a painting of perishables. I felt in love of the small oak barrel. I collected previously a broken stained glass window. A visit to the wine warehouse in Napa just completed my design of this painting of fresh grapes and cheese and a bottle of red wine. The setting is a wine cellar in my home. This painting is dedicated to wine lovers.
