About The Artwork

Hate is a problem... "Hate or" is an art project, aiming at a better awareness of digital violence. Isn't there always an alternative? „Hate or“ addresses the general awareness of digital violence on a different level: an artistic and visual-linguistic one… with a seemingly ironic, yet serious approach. The increase in hate on social networks can lead to anxiety, insecurity, emotional distress and alienation from society. I think it’s important to be aware of how your online activities affect your emotional well-being and, if necessary, to develop strategies to protect yourself – such as withdrawing from stressful discussions or specifically promoting positive content. I see the latter as the goal of my „Hate or“ art project: not to ignore hate where it occurs, but to actively counter it with positive and consistent messages. Hate or… concentrate on something else! This claim is certainly an idealistic one, but it’s always worth a try. Isn’t it? More here: www.hate-or.com

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

Photographer and visual artist since more than 30 years; graduated in 1990 in Germany. Longer visits abroad in the US. Various exhibitions in Germany, the UK, US and Jordan; featured in numerous galleries and diverse print media. Art director and CEO in his own design & branding company "vivia". With my series "DrowningSky" photographer I try to work on old and recurring dreams of flooded landscapes and tsunami like scenarios where no escape seems possible, visualizing the apocalyptic moment when my very own dream world is collapsing. My series “Evanescence” wants to visualize the moment of fading away, of vanishing while being all alone and left behind… realizing that the only chance to survive is to change, to metamorphose. "Symbionts" was created as an ironic-surreal combination of the preoccupation with portraits of human models and the sometimes very human faces of historical cameras.
