A place to meditate Print

I was walking along by the canal for about 50 minutes and noticed a slight hole in the hedge which I could walk through but some branches needed moving out of my way. I felt an overwhelming urge to go through this gap. Inside it opened out into a small wood with quite short trees, not that much taller than me. Light was coming through what was a virtually sealed off canopy of leaves. I had my camera and walked further to take some pictures. I felt like I was in a church and had to move quietly and show respect to the place. There seemed to be a presence but not a bad one. Impossible to catch that with a camera but if I were to see an angel it would probablty be in this small wood. You might want to use this picture to meditate there but in any event it should make you feel good.
