Cloning Adam’s Fossil Print

It is the future, humans have left Earth to explore and populate other regions of the Universe. This painting takes place at a time when the machines that have been left behind have learnt to build new machines. Deeply entrenched in these machines’ folklore are stories of a human creator and that these humans spoke of a Supreme Creator. The machines had embarked on a quest to find the proto human, Adam, so that they might bring him back to life to ask him about his conversations with God. The machines have finally found Adam’s fossil and are cloning his cellular remains in an attempt to retrieve his consciousness. The machines fly around Adam, rebuilding his form. At the exact moment his consciousness is pulled back towards his physical form his first memory is of the Garden of Eden, pictured above his upward gazing head.
