Bathing beach Print

Subject of my painting are moments: Passing time with looks to changing processes. Here I am on a bathing beach at the Island Borkum. The sun is shining so bright, that I could not look with both eyes at one time. So I change my eyes while I´m looking and I notice, that my perception of the colors around me changed. It depends on the eye I´m looking: If I look with the eye wich was closed by a few minutes, I see another color than I am look again with the eye wich was open for several minutes. If I take a look with both eyes, I get a third, mixed color of both impressions. Wihle I am watching the beach with several views, with the limits of my views, I see the changing situation and colors in front of me. While I am looking at the situation, it is constantly changing. In this way time comes into my picture.
