As a spiritualist & healer, I lead people to their deeper selves. In the process finding the significant other is a key step. But wholeness is more challenging. For who we think we are is just the shell of what we truly are. And so when we find someone that matters, many are still empty or fractured. And here is the twist, for we must reach for a yolk-filled egg, a sun-filled self. And in in relationships we are not just completing a circle but filling it, impregnating it. And that too is insufficient. For without a sky calling. Without, an evil beak or shattering lightning bolt we may remain still born. The work is deeply poignant, challenging, many-layered, for every viewer brings fresh sky and pain to bear... This assemblage uses egg cartons and broken eggshell. For what else are we? The spoon & fork are plastic coated with silver. The words are written in marker. Everything most impermanent and therefore eternal.
