THE GOLD SPOT This is a mixed meadia technique. In all my works, I use colors, materials, textures and composition to comment on the time in which we live. This is a very turbulent period. There are too many wars on the Planet and too many environmental disasters. The golden spot symbolizes the golden age that is disappearing, better times are behind us. The gold is Mond Gold. There is no color, it is a hommagee to all those who suffer. Population migrations occur all over the Planet due to wars and economic reasons. People are in the gap between existence and survival. The future is uncertain. I did the gilding in the same way as gilding is done on historical objects. Please note that color temperature may vary slightly on different monitors. Art work will be shipped in the box well and proffesional protected. Shipped with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. To minimise the risk of the artwork getting damaged in transit, the artwork will be shipped unframed.
