Neno Belchev was born in Varna, Bulgaria. Lives and works in Varna. After graduation of National Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia, his works have been exhibited at wide range of international exhibitions at Moerenuma Koen Hidamari Museum (Sapporo), He Xiangning Art Museum (Shenzhen), White Box gallery and Apexart (New York), NCCA (Saint-Patersburg), Wichita Falls Museum (Texas), Today Art Museum, (Beijing) and many others. Neno works as freelance multidisciplinary artist as well as independent curator. He is one of the founders of the International Video-Art Festival VIDEOHOLICA. His works are possession of the He Xiangning Art Museum (Shenzhen), China; Varna City Gallery, private collections in the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Spain, Ukraine, etc. In his work as an artist, Neno tries to understand the way how humans perceive the world.
