Ingrid was born into an artist family. Her grandfather as well as her father were professional artists. So art is like breathing to her. She grew up with and in art and art is her life. It's on her genes. She can't help it.
Since 1999 the computer became one of her many tools. In 2003 she founded the "Webism Group of Worldwide Artists" along with Dr. Rodney Chang (Pygoya), Honolulu/Hawaii/USA.
This group has 67 VIP WEBISM member artists and more than 100 affiliated artists from around the globe working in any media. Ingrid on a voluntarily basis runs the Webism bureau for worldwide Webism affairs at her living place Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria, Germany.

She was trained by her grandfather, Mathias Dohle (1887 - 1966) and her father, Ulrich Dohle (1924 - 2002), two former generation of artists.
