I am a native New Yorker from Washington Heights. A daughter of immigrant parents from the Dominican Republic, I have always tried to maintain my connection to our indigenous roots and culture while being totally immersed in my love for the city of New York and it's landscapes.

I paint from the inside out. Using oil paints and rustic co-lours as a medium to blend the cosmic elements of air, water, love, peace and spirit on canvas. I seek to spark the imagination with my work. Enticing the spectator to come to their own conclusions concerning my intentions.

I believe that art can have healing properties and can be used for meditative purposes and pain management.
