About The Artwork
Installation of 400 resin eggs with watches inside them, displayed on and around a hospital bed. Statement: We enter and leave the world alone (single bed) on the clinical facade of expectation. Time bomb represents the personality within life’s limitations, the passage of time towards death, and the social constraints defining our experience. The scars of births, menstruation, sex, celebration and violence leave marks of living on the dirty bloodied sheets, the detritus of a life lived on the blank canvas of our lives.
