The Undiscovered Body Print - Limited Edition of 2

This location was a plain land area outside of my painting class in Iran. One of the rare places you could find in Tehran with no buildings surrounding it. Since it was an out-of-the-way dead-end street, it wasn't too crowded. So I could take off my scarf, and my classmate was photographing me. It suits the situation going on in Iran right now. People can do nothing but write what they want to say on the walls and show their opposition to the regime. The text on the wall is an Iranian slogan used in current feminist movements. This slogan has become a rallying cry during the protests.
