Postcards To Myself (Projection Series) 3 Photograph

I consider myself to be a professional photographer who is incredibly passionate about the work I create and specialises in the field of Documentary Photojournalism. My practise has led me to shooting both independent and world famous bands in venues up and down the country as well as shooting professionally at UK festivals. I am also an accredited member of the Association of Photographers. As well as being a photographer, I am a qualified Graphic Designer and Website developer. I run my own online music magazine as an outlet for my music photography, within this role I am also a fully functional Copyrighter, Editor and Interviewer. The last two years have been spent predominantly mixing a student life with professional work. I have subsequently been an ambassador for my course. I have assisted with Open Days and Portfolio Interview Days, I have also visited other schools and colleges to discuss my career to date as well as acting as a Course Representative for my current colleagues. As a photographer I have exhibited in various galleries around the West Midlands, and have recently exhibited in London. I have been published in a variety of publications including the Coventry Telegraph and Creative Review's Feed Section. In addition to these, I was shortlisted in the 2011 Student World Biennial Photography Awards based in Serbia and have had work entered into the NME Annual Photographic Awards for both 2010 & 2011.
