About The Artwork
In this work I express the urge to turn my back on our current society and return to paradise. The apple I have eaten was a bitter fruit, it has caused an offspring in the shape of an ever evolving creation and the human beings in it, who are in themselves creators, carry the burden of being responsible. They are able to respond, they are able to create freely and of their own will, and their ways do reflect in their hearts. From time to time the purity that reigns their is clouded and forsaken, the burden of creation gets too heavy. Then let us throw off the shawl of guilt and return to nothingness, where there is no more apple.
