About The Artwork

Are we entering the Human Post era with Artificial Intelligence (AI)? How is Man considered today? In the age of the new economy? In a globalized society? The words most used and abused by the media, by politicians in the West? Change and Post: post production, post photography, post industrialisation: Everything is post but, does the meaning of these words reflect reality? Or is it rather an illusion of reality? The car you drive, the clothes you wear, someone has to make them? Or is it rather a convincing the masses and having the excuse to take industries elsewhere where it is most convenient? For me, Art must amuse and also make people think, reflect, meditate, ask questions, provoke. The Artist has no solutions and asks himself questions. How is Man seen today in this society also called the society of distractions? Starting from this question, a personal project of mine in development called Futura was born, where I reflect and investigate the changes: fluid, fast. We are on a journey towards the Future and, like every journey, we have always met fears, hesitations and doubts. and like a modern Ulysses, you must know how to silence the song of the Sirens: can you do it without the recovery of a critical thought? The thoughts are really your thoughts or . . . the thoughts of those who have an interest in making you believe yours? It's a story about globalization in my own way. Simple Metaphors and nothing more.

Born - Livorno Ferraris (VC) 11-7-1956 - Italy Feet planted on the ground and a look to the future As a photographer I like the here and now and put the mind and heart on the same line as the look of Bressonian memory. As an artist, I use my camera to paint the Universe invisible to most and how many universes are there? Everything inspires me: a song, a stain on the wall, a spider web: invisible things, ignored by most and most, considered banal. Without rules, on the wings of freedom
