Un artiste israélien fera une performance : durant 240 minutes, il lancera 240 chaussures sur un mannequin censé représenter le président américain G.Bush ; dans le cas où l'artiste rate la cible, sa tête sera plongée dans une baignoire où il recevra une décharge de faible intensité. On parle également du travail d'un artiste des Emirats qui a décidé de peindre sa maison et tous les objets qui s'y trouvent en orange. 32 pays seront représentés au travers de 240 artistes.
