About The Artwork
The current state of the world in 2020 during the pandemic is humanity chained for the purpose of self preservation caught in the light of our combined efforts to live, our fears and our hopes. This photograph although taken in 2012 during my morning walks with my infant daughter along the miami waterfront was my hope shining moment using color and light but the chain and image truly captures our current moment in time that is the pandemic of 2020 . . sheltered at home , prisoners of a virus and our governments but not giving up hope . limited edition of 5 printed on archival metallic paper signed and numbered 2012
