About The Artwork
Painted during the 1991 Lake Washington Saddle Club's Annual Hunter Jumper Show, in Redmond, WA. My children were very young when they helped me paint this large acrylic painting, later chosen to be used as the Christmas card image for, "Little Bit" handicapped riding program, near Seattle, WA. Shannon, at six years old, helped me keep my water jar clean, and handed me the paints, with her little sisters handing me anything else I needed. They still remember that weekend fondly, and thus, the painting resides in our home to this day.
