About The Artwork
I get inspired by the work of some great abstract and minimal painters, but for me painting is a vital work, it's a kind of drug that gives me and muy soul moments of total reflection, instrospection, and finally a reason to exist. I barely think about what the viewers will feel ir think when they see my work, i'm much more worried about what i feel when i contemplate my own work, but i think that abstraction is senseless and meaningless, but at the same time it can show the viewers something that is no visible but exists, the soul.

44 years old mexican painter and print maker. I work usually abstract painting, generally in oil and acrylic medium. I studied fine arts at the Universidad de las Americas Puebla, and in a workshop with artist Mario Benedetti from Bergamo Italy. I live and work in the city of Puebla.
