About The Artwork
in “Unholy and Unblessed” - which is a response to Taiwanese family values - a blessing hand lies on top of a pregnant stomach, but the underlying meaning to that symbolism is that the hand actually breaches a deep trust within the family. However as a member of a traditional Taiwanese family, one should be grateful for the family to be there and “help” despite boundaries being crossed.
