This is an oil painting inspired by the designs of Rei Kawakubo, an interpretation of heavy textures to flat planes of color done in an expressionist style. Fixed and chaotic while standing on the edge of disappearing, these figures embody both traditional Asian cuts with western common clothing of of shirt, tie, and pants.
