About The Artwork
I would like people when viewing my work to try to imagine the actual work as it progresses as though they are watching the artist or even as though they are the artist themselves. To feel the movement of the strokes and the way and artist may choose direction, shape, size, movement and so on. I have been working towards this style for many years and it has evolved a great deal since I first began in the early 1980s. I have been inspired by many of the early abstract expressionists in America.
