This work was inspired by the women working in factories all over the world. There is a globe in the photo and over the forehead, one can see clouds. It is an allegory. The color pops in real life and the regard goes right through you. It is acrylic, then oil in the later couches, and has a temporary frame. The base is coton canvas, gessoed and meant to be archival. As always, these are Old Holland colors that will stand the test of time because very pigment heavy.
