About The Artwork

Introducing "The COVID Effect," an original abstract acrylic painting by Heidi Heiser. Measuring 36 x 24 inches, this vibrant piece is carefully crafted on high-quality canvas using solid wood stretchers. Employing a meticulous technique, I utilize premium acrylic paint, palette knives, and brushes of various sizes to create texture and depth in each composition. To ensure longevity, layers of professional varnish are applied, safeguarding the artwork from color fading. The edges of the canvas are thoughtfully painted to harmoniously extend the composition, allowing for effortless display. "The COVID Effect" serves as an exceptional and meaningful gift for numerous occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, or special events. It beautifully complements any home or office décor, adding a touch of originality and charm to the surroundings. I find inspiration for this painting in the picturesque scenery of our deck, offering a serene view of the magnificent ocean. Embracing the passion and creativity that drives my art, "The COVID Effect" promises to captivate viewers with its exciting and colorful abstract composition.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

When I start a painting, I explore the mysterious terrain between what can be measured by the physical senses and what can be perceived only by emotions. This very first notion is what interests me the most; trying to capture the vitality and the rich diversity of the scenery while concentrating on the emotional context. I sometimes paint outside, plein air, and when time does not permit that luxury, I use my photography when I get back to my studio in Del Mar. The creative process can clarify the relationship between art and the unconscious in a mystical way. I have evolved using an extreme color pallet including metallic colors which allow me to present an amplification of life, to express a new way of looking at this extraordinary world we live in.
