"I was outside with Bello, we were picking flowers. There came a big man with soooo long legs!" she says, stretching out her arm. "He did magic, it was great. Then there was a road and he ate the median and a car came, it talked!", her voice almost rolls over. "There was also a bad man, he was all yellow and had long disgusting hair, he scared me, so I ran away quickly and then an animal came with sooo big eyes, it wanted to eat me.", she draws circles in the air. "And Snuff saved me!" she says proudly. "That's my friend with the long snout!", she looks at me expectantly, as if waiting for applause and I wonder if I'm dreaming, there are fireworks going off behind her with a deafening noise and it's raining human-like Thumbelina. Da kam ein großer Mann mit soooo langen Beinen!“, sagt sie und streckt ihren Arm aus. „Der hat gezaubert, das war toll. Dann war da eine Straße und der hat den Mittelstreifen gegessen und es kam ein Auto, das hat geredet!“, ihre Stimme überschlägt sich fast. „Da war auch ein böser Mann, der war ganz gelb und hatte lange eklige Haaren, der hat mir Angst gemacht, da bin ich schnell weggerannt und dann kam ein Tier mit sooo großen Augen, das wollte mich fressen.“, sie malt Kreise in die Luft. „Und Snuff hat mich gerettet!“, sagt sie stolz. „Das ist mein Freund mit der langen Schnauze!“, sie schaut mich erwartungsvoll an, als warte sie auf Beifall und ich frage mich, ob ich träume, da geht hinter ihr ein Feuerwerk mit ohrenbetäubendem Lärm in die Luft und es regnet menschenähnliche Däumlinge.
