About The Artwork
work inspired by one of my early walks into the woods when it was carpeted by the wild garlic which had just come into bloom. It looks very magical when it is like this and everything is illuminated! I see many birds and animals such as deer and foxes, and I wanted to portray a fox illuminated, and at one with nature. I used pastels for their vibrancy. It is a wistful scene and I hope people connect with it in this way.
