. This painting is from the series “ Magic Carpets”. The source of inspiration in creating this painting for me is the antique Seljuk carpet. Initially carpets themselves are already complete works of art and mere gazing at them can cause certain feelings and emotions. Contemplating the patterns and interwinding ornaments of these carpets we can see much more and make an incredibly exciting journey in our dreams. Carpets seem to live up and tell us their magic stories which have been stored for many centuries.
