PANORAMA SERIES: Those are some of the first Miroir Noir open-air sketches ever, done around Bellavista (Catalonia, not Mexico) during 2015 and 2016 summer meetings. It was a change and a challenge to stop portraits for a while, and to try to apply the same collaborative ‘treatment’ to Landscapes. This painting is a magnificent portrait of a centenary olive tree, depicting all its force and mystery. ©Miroir Noir 2015-2016
