Belarus
Vasily Martynchuk was born in the Ukraine in 1959. In 1978 he graduated from Leningrad Art College (Saint-Petersburg, Russia). In 1991 Vasily obtained higher education degree at Lvov Art Academy (Lvov, Urkaine). Since 1996 he has been a member of Belorussian Artist Union, in 2005 he joined the Union of Polish Artists in Belorussia. He shows his artworks on a regular basis at his solo exhibitions in Belarus (Grodno, Minsk), Poland (Bialystok), Japan (Tokyo), France (Paris, Limoges), Great Britian (London). His artworks are presented in many private collections all around the world amd museums and highly praised by critics.
