echnically my work draws heavily on the painting that goes from the eighteenth century, to the present day, using as medium oil painting and drawing through sgraffito.   Conceptually I am interested in creating an autobiographical form, with scenes and situations close to my current experience, where anonymous characters, architectures and still lifes that establish a dialogue between them are conjugated. My protagonists usually adopt a pensive pose, observing the void, so as to reflect loneliness and melancholy in a somewhat distressing way with the purpose of showing how lost and only the man is in the world around him. My involvement with painting is social. I try to delve into the fears of the human being, loneliness, confusion, sadness, tragedy. Each character is in his own world to make even those fears even more evident. Almost always I place the action in interior spaces perhaps less attractive but that help to reflect the situation of which it spoke previously. I try to reflect the psychology of the model. Each picture tells a story from which each one can draw his own argument, there are as many stories as possible as spectators who observe them.
